Refund Policy

  • Before booking a semi-private group class or an add-on, please make sure the option you choose matches exactly what you want and the level you actually need, as this is where most difficulties begin.
  • We do not send back refunds to your bank account or to your card. 
  • If you decide to stop before the end of the 2nd week, a full credit (of the amount you paid) will be applied in-house in the following 10-week session, never the current one, and can be used for a semi-private group class at the same or a different level, or for an add-on. 
  • If the new choice costs more, you will pay the difference. If it costs less, the balance is not refunded. The credit is valid for that one session only and expires if it is not used.
  • If you attend three weeks or more and then stop, no credit is given.

Practical Details

My role: French language coach, cultural guide, and translator — available 8 hours/day (8:00 am–6:00 pm).
Meals: Daily group lunch. All meals, including these lunches, are at your own expense and not included in the immersion fee. Breakfast and dinner are optional and at your discretion.
Accommodation: Participants arrange their own lodging.
Arrival/Departure: Please plan to arrive at least one day before program start day.
Not included: Flights, lodging, all meals, airport transfers, visas, and personal expenses.

Refund Policy
Full Refund: If you cancel 45 days before the trip, you will receive a full refund. Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving your written cancellation notice.
Partial Refund: If you cancel between 44 to 21 days before the trip, you will receive a partial refund (50%). Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving your written cancellation notice.
No Refund: If you cancel within 20 days of the trip, no refund will be issued, as this is considered a late cancellation.
