Momentum Lab - A Flagship Program

Momentum Lab was developed through years of working with motivated adult learners who felt stuck despite consistent effort. It represents a structured speaking performance system that combines direct correction, measurable checkpoints, and a realistic weekly plan that fits adult schedules. For learners who want more than traditional lessons and are ready to actively train their speaking, Momentum Lab offers a clear and practical path forward.

What is Momentum Lab?

Momentum Lab is a structured 10-week speaking performance program for adult learners who already know some French but feel stuck in real-time conversation. Many learners can understand French reasonably well but still hesitate when speaking, translate mentally, lose their sentence halfway through, or feel that their speaking ability does not reflect what they know. Momentum Lab was built specifically for this stage.

This is not a traditional level-by-level course and not a casual conversation group. Momentum Lab is designed as a training environment, not a classroom. The program focuses on a structured learning map, direct correction that turns into habits, and a realistic weekly practice plan that fits adult schedules.

Each cohort is capped at six participants. Every session is active: participants speak throughout the meeting in focused turns and longer speaking rounds, and receive targeted correction and guided practice on the week’s priority skill. Progress is built through repeatable routines and small, meaningful adjustments over time.

Momentum Lab uses a Dial Approach. Instead of trying to improve everything at once, the program focuses on one key adjustment at a time, then reinforces it through structured repetition. Over the ten weeks, participants train the core speaking dials that most influence real-time performance: speaking flow, pronunciation clarity, listening adaptation, sentence stability, and vocabulary retrieval.

Momentum Lab also includes measurable speaking checkpoints. Participants record three speaking videos using the same prompt at Week 1, Week 5, and Week 10. This makes progress visible and comparable over time, so learners can clearly observe changes in hesitation, clarity, sentence stability, and overall comfort.

The program ends with a Momentum Launch rather than a closing session. Participants leave with improved speaking performance and a practical continuation plan for the next phase of their French.
